Bethany

Bethany attended a self-esteem workshop, where everyone had to disrobe, walk over to someone, and say what part of that person’s body they found unattractive. My self-esteem would crumple under this therapy, but Bethany said hearing that her stomach resembled a swollen watermelon really helped.

This sounds like something some skinny freak thought up.
If it were me the other person would be looking for ONE NICE thing to say about my body.

I don't get this sort of therapy unless it's to make people so emotionally thick-skinned that they can't be hurt anymore...and can't feel anymore.

My list for myself is so long that I'm not sure having someone add to it would actually help my self-esteem. Del: You may be right.

I think I'd crumple after step one.
